CANCELLATION POLICY & COVID SERVICE UPDATE
If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know either via text, phone, messenger or email.
I always have a list of people waiting for a slot and if you don’t let me know I’ve lost out on money and wasted my time getting everything ready.
*If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment.
*No shows will be charged the full amount.
Please Be Aware Of The Following When Booking/Attending Your Appointment:
Please do not attend if you or anyone you know has recently presented with any of the Covid symptoms or if you feel unwell.
If you have had a positive Covid test previously please tell me as you will need to be re patch tested for tinting treatments.
From July 19th you will not have to wear a face mask unless you wish to. I will however continue to wear one as I see a lot of you and feel I have a responsibility to keep you safe. I also test twice a week.
Health review will be carried out at the start of your appointment.
Appointments to be attended alone.
Please do not arrive early or late as I need extra time to change PPE and sanitise everything for our safety.
