CANCELLATION POLICY & COVID SERVICE UPDATE


Please read:

 

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know either via text, phone, messenger or email. 

I always have a list of people waiting for a slot and if you don’t let me know I’ve lost out on money and wasted my time getting everything ready. 


*If you don’t confirm your attendance your appointment will be cancelled and offered to my waiting list. 


*If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment.


*No shows will be required to pay in advance if rebooking. 



Covid Update:


Please Be Aware Of The Following When Booking/Attending Your Appointment:


To follow the recent guidance, as from January 27th if you wish me to wear a mask I am happy to do so.  It will be your choice if you wish to wear one. 


​Please do not attend if you or anyone you know has recently presented with any of the Covid symptoms or if you feel unwell.

If you have had a positive Covid test previously please tell me as you will need to be re patch tested for tinting treatments. 


Health review will be carried out at the start of your appointment.
