​Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to attend your appointment please let me know either via text, phone, messenger or email. 

I always have a list of people waiting for a slot and if you don’t let me know I’ve lost out on money and wasted my time getting everything ready. 

If you don’t confirm your attendance your appointment will be cancelled and offered to my waiting list. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment before being rebooked.  This includes forgetting your appointment. 

No shows will be required to pay in advance if rebooking.

Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell in any way.

​If you have had a positive Covid test previously please tell me as you will need to be re patch tested for tinting treatments. 

Health review will be carried out at the start of your appointment.
